Photo Booth 360 Ireland for any Event

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the services of Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of the Service

a. Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 offers an immersive 360-degree photo booth experience for events and occasions.

b. Confirmation of Reservation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to use Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 services in a lawful manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Inappropriate or offensive conduct is strictly prohibited.

4. Photos and Content Usage

a. Users are responsible for the content they capture using the service.

b. Use of Content:
Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 may use event photos and videos for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertising), subject to prior consent from the Client. If the Client does not wish their media to be used, they must notify the Provider in writing prior to the event.

5. Reservation and Payment

a. Booking Confirmation: To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of €50 is required.

b. Deposit Deadline: The deposit must be paid within 7 working days from the date of booking confirmation.

c. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Cash payments are an exception and must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Cash payments are accepted only on the day of the event, prior to the start of the service.

d. Refund in Exceptional Circumstances: A full refund, including the deposit, may be issued if Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 is unable to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. road accident, severe weather conditions, official weather warnings).

e. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, Revolut, or PayPal.

6. Damage Clause

a. Users are responsible for any damage caused to Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 equipment during the event.

b. In the event of damage, users agree to reimburse the full cost of repair or replacement.

c. Failure to settle payment for damages within 30 days of receiving the invoice may result in legal action.

Please handle all equipment with care and follow staff instructions at all times.

7. Travel Fees

a. Travel charges may apply for events located outside a specified radius from our base in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. These charges will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.

b. Travel within a 35 km radius of Ballinasloe is free of charge.

c. Events located beyond 35 km will incur a fee of €0.40 per kilometre.

d. Any additional costs related to the venue (e.g. parking or access fees) are the responsibility of the Client and will be communicated in advance.

8. Cancellations

a. Reservations may be cancelled; however, the deposit is non-refundable.

b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.

9. Equipment and Setup Requirements

a. Responsibility: Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 is responsible for the setup and operation of the equipment.

b. Site Requirements: The Client must ensure adequate space and conditions for setup. Recommended space is 3m x 3m (9.84 ft x 9.84 ft) with a minimum height of 2.5m (8.20 ft). A power source (standard electrical outlet) must be available within 45 metres.

c. Outdoor Use: Outdoor use is possible; however, in the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g. rain or strong wind), service may be interrupted. The Client may provide suitable protection (e.g. gazebo or tent). The Provider reserves the right to determine whether conditions are safe for operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

13. Guest Media Notice

Guests using the Photo Booth 360 acknowledge that photos and videos may be captured during the event. Such media may be shared with the Client and, where consent has been granted, may be used for promotional purposes by Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360.

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should refrain from using the service or inform the operator at the time of recording.
