Photo Booth 360 Ireland for any Event

1. Acceptance of terms and conditions

By using Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of the service

a. Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 offers an immersive, 360-degree photo booth experience for events and occasions.

b. Confirmation of Reservation: Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit.

3. User conduct

Users agree to use the Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 services in a lawful manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Inappropriate or offensive conduct is strictly prohibited.

4. Taking photos and sharing

a. User Content: Users are solely responsible for any content captured or shared via the Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 Services.

b. Use of Content: Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 may use event photos for promotional purposes with user consent.

5. Reservation and payment

a. Confirmation of booking: To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of €50 is required.

b. Deposit payment deadline: The deposit must be paid within 7 working days from the date of booking confirmation.

c. Total payment: The remaining balance of the total amount is due 7 days prior to the event. Exceptions include cash as payment method - this must be communicated at least 7 days prior to the event. Cash as payment method only - must be paid on the day of the event prior to the start of the service.

d. Possible refund of the paid amount together with the deposit in the event that Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 cannot reach the event location and serve the client due to unforeseen circumstances. For example, it is a road accident, very bad weather conditions - weather alert.

d. Accepted payment methods: Currently, payments can be made by bank transfer, cash, Revolut and PayPal.

6. Damage clause

a. Users are responsible for any damage caused to the Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 equipment during the event.

b. In the event of damage, users agree to reimburse Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 for the cost of repair or replacement.

c. Failure to settle the damage within 30 days of receipt of the invoice may result in legal action being taken to recover the costs.

Please handle Photo Booth 360 equipment with care (as directed by staff) to avoid damage.

7. Travel fees Ticket price

a. Travel charges may apply for events taking place outside of a specified radius from our base in Ballinasloe Co.Galway. These charges will be advised and agreed during the booking process.

b. For events in and around Ballinasloe, travel charges may be waived entirely. Within a 35 kilometre radius of our Ballinasloe base, transport costs are free.

c. If the event venue is more than 35km from our base in Ballinasloe, a transport charge will apply. The charge is €0.40 per kilometre beyond the free 35km.

d. Any additional costs due to venue specific requirements, such as parking or access fees, will be the client’s responsibility and will be communicated prior to the event.

8. Cancellations and Returns

a. Cancellation: Users can cancel their reservation, but the deposit paid is non-refundable.

b. Refunds: Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event date.

9. Hardware and Configuration

a. Responsibility: Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 is responsible for the setup and operation of the Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 hardware.

b. Site Requirements: Users must ensure that the site meets the specified requirements to ensure optimal performance of the photo booth. Recommended clear space is 3m x 3m (9.84ft x 9.84ft) and height no less than 2.5m (8.20ft). Access to a permanent power source (electrical outlet) no more than 45 meters from the photo booth location

c. It is possible to use it outside, however in case of unfavorable weather conditions such as rain or strong wind there is a possibility of interruption of recordings. The client can provide appropriate protection (gazebo, tent, etc.) from bad weather conditions, to continue recordings. Our event team reserves the right to decide whether the indicated protection is sufficient.

10. Limitation of Liability

Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 services.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of Twisted Memories Photo Booth 360 services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Irish law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
